受験合格ノート — プライバシーポリシー

受験合格ノート(以下「本アプリ」)は santamaru(以下「当方」)が開発・公開しています。本ページでは、本アプリ利用時のデータの取り扱いについて説明します。

概要

• 当方は、お名前・メールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集・保存することはありません。
• アカウント登録・ログインは不要です(家族との共有機能を使う場合は、お使いの端末の iCloud サインインを利用します)。
• 志望校・学習記録・模試結果・過去問の進捗・苦手メモ・予定などのデータは、Apple の iCloud(あなたの Apple ID のプライベートデータベース)に保存されます。当方はこのデータの内容を閲覧できません。
• 本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用状況の分析・トラッキングも行いません。第三者の分析 SDK・広告 SDK は一切組み込んでいません。

iCloud に保存されるデータ

本アプリで記録した情報(お子さんのプロフィール、志望校とその偏差値・入試日・出願締切・学費・志望順位・合否結果、学習記録・週間目標・苦手メモ、模試結果と志望校判定、過去問の進捗、予定、アプリ内の設定)は、Apple の Core Data と CloudKit(NSPersistentCloudKitContainer)を用いて、お使いの端末とあなたの Apple ID の iCloud にのみ保存されます。この同期は Apple のインフラを通じて行われ、当方のサーバーを経由することも、当方がデータの内容にアクセスすることもありません。

お子さんを削除すると、そのお子さんに紐づく受験データもすべて削除されます。本アプリを端末から削除しても iCloud 上のデータが残る場合があるため、必要に応じて iOS の「設定」→ ご自身の名前 →「iCloud」から本アプリのデータを削除してください。

家族との共有(プレミアム機能)

「家族と共有」機能を使うと、お子さんごとの記録を、招待した家族(保護者・お子さん本人)と同じ内容で閲覧・編集できるようになります。この共有は Apple の CloudKit 共有(CKShare)の仕組みで行われます。共有したデータは招待した相手に見える状態になりますが、その処理は Apple のインフラ内で完結し、当方がその内容にアクセスすることはありません。共有はお子さんごとに設定でき、いつでも解除できます。

通知

本アプリは、学習記録のリマインダーや、模試・出願締切・入試日の事前通知を、端末内のローカル通知として設定します。通知の内容が当方や第三者に送信されることはありません。通知は iOS の「設定」→「通知」、またはアプリの設定タブからオフにできます。

アプリ内課金

本アプリでは、家族との共有・ホーム画面ウィジェット・データの書き出し・合格判定の推移グラフといったプレミアム機能を解放するために、月額プラン(自動更新サブスクリプション)または買い切りの課金を任意でご利用いただけます。これらの購入処理は Apple の StoreKit を通じてすべて処理され、当方がお支払い情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。購入状態は Apple のアカウントに紐づき、「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。サブスクリプションの管理・解約は iOS の「設定」→ ご自身の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から行えます。

データの書き出し

プレミアム機能の「データを書き出す」を使うと、記録したデータを PDF・Markdown・CSV としてお使いの端末上に生成し、共有シートから任意の宛先に送れます。書き出したデータの送り先はあなたが選択するもので、当方には送信されません。

同梱の学校リストについて

志望校登録時に検索できる全国の学校リストは、文部科学省の「学校コード一覧」などの公開データをもとに当方が整備した参考情報です。校名・所在の誤りや、閉校・新設が反映されていない場合があります。偏差値・入試日・学費など変動の大きい項目は自動入力せず手入力としています。当方はこのリストの正確性を保証しません。リストにない学校や誤りがある場合は自由入力でご登録いただけます。お気づきの点は下記の連絡先までお知らせください。

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは中学受験を控えたご家庭での、保護者とお子さんによる利用を想定しています。当方はいかなるユーザーからも個人情報を収集しません。お子さんのお名前などの入力項目は端末とあなたの iCloud にのみ保存され、当方はアクセスできません。

本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容を変更した場合は、本ページ上で更新し、「最終更新日」を改訂します。

This app is published for the Japan App Store and its interface is in Japanese only. This English summary is provided for reference.

受験合格ノート / "Juken Gokaku Note" ("the app") is developed and published by santamaru ("we", "us"). This page explains what happens to your data when you use the app.

Summary

• We do not collect or store personal data such as your name or email address.
• No account or sign-in is required (family sharing uses your device's existing iCloud sign-in).
• Your data — prospective schools, study logs, mock-exam results, past-paper progress, weak-point notes, schedule — is stored in Apple iCloud (your Apple ID's private database). We cannot see its contents.
• The app shows no ads and performs no analytics or tracking. It contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

Data stored in iCloud

Everything you record in the app (child profiles; prospective schools and their deviation scores, exam dates, application deadlines, tuition, priority and admission results; study logs, weekly goals and weak-point notes; mock-exam results and school judgements; past-paper progress; schedule events; and app settings) is stored on your device and in your Apple ID's iCloud using Apple's Core Data and CloudKit (NSPersistentCloudKitContainer). This sync happens through Apple's infrastructure; it never passes through our servers and we never have access to the content. Deleting a child also deletes that child's records. Deleting the app may leave the iCloud copy in place — remove it from iOS Settings → your name → iCloud if needed.

Family sharing (premium feature)

The "Share with family" feature lets an invited family member view and edit the same records for a child. It uses Apple's CloudKit sharing (CKShare). Shared data becomes visible to the people you invite, but the process stays within Apple's infrastructure and we never have access to it. Sharing is set per child and can be stopped at any time.

Notifications

The app schedules local notifications on your device (study reminders and advance notices for mock exams, application deadlines and exam dates). Their contents are never sent to us or any third party. You can turn them off in iOS Settings → Notifications or in the app's Settings tab.

In-app purchases

The app offers an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription or a one-time purchase to unlock premium features (family sharing, home-screen widget, data export, admission-judgement trend chart). Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit; we do not receive or store your payment information. Purchase state is tied to your Apple account and can be restored with "Restore Purchases". Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Data export

The premium "Export" feature generates PDF / Markdown / CSV files from your records on your device and offers them via the iOS share sheet. Where you send those files is your choice; they are not sent to us.

About the bundled school list

The nationwide school list used when adding a prospective school is reference data we compiled from public sources such as Japan's Ministry of Education (MEXT) school-code list. It may contain errors in school names or locations, or omit newly opened or closed schools. Variable items such as deviation scores, exam dates and tuition are not pre-filled and must be entered by hand. We do not warrant its accuracy. Schools not in the list can be entered freely. Please report any errors to the contact address below.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for use by parents and children preparing for junior-high entrance exams in Japan. We do not collect personal data from anyone. Fields such as a child's name are stored only on your device and in your iCloud, which we cannot access.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
