こどもスマイル日記(以下「本アプリ」)は santamaru(以下「当方」)が開発・公開しています。本ページでは、本アプリ利用時のデータの取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは Apple の Core Data / CloudKit(NSPersistentCloudKitContainer)を使用します。あなたが追加した記録は、まず端末内のデータベースに保存され、iCloud にサインインしている場合は Apple の iCloud を通じて、同じ Apple アカウントのあなたの他の端末に同期されます。この同期は Apple のインフラ内で完結し、当方のサーバーを経由しません。当方はこのデータの内容を取得・閲覧・利用することはありません。
本アプリを削除すると、端末内のデータは削除されます。iCloud 上のデータは、iOS の「設定」→(あなたの名前)→「iCloud」→「保存されたデータを管理」から本アプリのデータを削除することで消去できます。
記録に写真を添付する際、iOS の写真ライブラリから写真を選択できます。選択した写真の画像データは記録の一部として上記のデータベース(端末内・あなたの iCloud)に保存されます。当方が写真ライブラリ全体にアクセスすることはなく、あなたが選んだ写真以外を読み取ることはありません。
子どもの記録を家族と共同編集する場合、Apple の iCloud 共有(CKShare)を使用します。共有はあなたが発行したリンクで招待した相手のみが参加でき、共有されたデータのやり取りも Apple の iCloud 内で完結します。当方が共有データにアクセスすることはありません。共有はいつでも解除できます。
本アプリは、毎日のリマインダーと「〇年前の今日」の思い出通知を、端末内でスケジュールするローカル通知として送信します。通知の内容が端末外に送信されることはありません。通知は iOS の「設定」→「こどもスマイル日記」→「通知」からいつでもオフにできます。
本アプリには、プレミアム機能(記録件数の上限解除・家族共有・年間まとめ・写真つきエクスポート)を解放する、月額サブスクリプションと買い切りのアプリ内課金があります。購入処理は Apple の StoreKit を通じてすべて処理され、当方がお支払い情報を受け取ったり保存したりすることはありません。購入状態は Apple のアカウントに紐づき、「購入を復元」からいつでも復元できます。サブスクリプションは iOS の「設定」→(あなたの名前)→「サブスクリプション」から管理・解約できます。
本アプリは、子どもの記録をつける保護者による利用を想定しています。子どもに関する情報(名前・生年月日・写真・発言など)は保護者であるあなたが入力するものであり、上記のとおり端末内とあなた自身の iCloud にのみ保存され、当方が取得することはありません。
本ポリシーの内容を変更した場合は、本ページ上で更新し、「最終更新日」を改訂します。

Kids Smile Diary ("the app") is developed and published by santamaru ("we", "us"). This page explains how your data is handled when you use the app.
The app uses Apple's Core Data / CloudKit (NSPersistentCloudKitContainer). Entries are saved to a local database and, if you are signed in to iCloud, synced through Apple's iCloud to your other devices on the same Apple Account. This sync happens within Apple's infrastructure and does not pass through our servers. We do not obtain, view, or use the contents of this data. Deleting the app removes on-device data; iCloud data can be removed via iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
When you attach a photo, you pick it from your iOS photo library. The selected image is stored as part of the entry in the database described above. We never access your whole photo library or read photos you did not select.
Co-editing a child's diary uses Apple's iCloud sharing (CKShare). Only people you invite via a link you generate can join, and shared data stays within Apple's iCloud. We cannot access shared data. Sharing can be stopped at any time.
The daily reminder and the "N years ago today" memories are local notifications scheduled on your device. Their contents are not transmitted off the device. Turn them off in iOS Settings → Kids Smile Diary → Notifications.
The app offers a monthly subscription and a one-time purchase that unlock premium features. Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit; we never receive or store payment information. Purchase status is tied to your Apple Account and can be restored via "Restore Purchases". Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
The app is intended for use by parents keeping a diary of their children. Information about a child is entered by you, the parent, and — as described above — is stored only on your device and in your own iCloud; we do not obtain it.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date.
